Standard Depot Procedure for Card Imprinter & Embosser Repairs

● Upon equipment failure, the customer contacts Canada's Card Imprinter & Embosser Repair Service Center at 1-877-237-7768 during normal business hours
● The customer is connected with a Technical Specialist who will determine if the problem can be corrected through telephone support
● If the issue cannot be resolved by phone, the customer will be provided an RMA# with instructions on how to ship the card imprinter or embosser to Canada's Card Imprinter & Embosser Repair Service Center
● The customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to ship the card imprinter or embosser to Canada's Card Imprinter & Embosser Repair Service Center (unless a Support Contract is in place in which all shipping is covered)
● Upon receipt, the card imprinter or embosser is repaired, cleaned, and thoroughly tested, all within 24 to 48 hours
● Repaired card imprinters and embossers will include a detailed service report, with a copy provided to the customer
● The repaired card imprinter or embosser is then shipped to the customer via regular ground shipping, courtesy of Canada's Card Imprinter & Embosser Repair Service Center
