Some may be experiencing these issues when printing with their Datacard Retransfer Series Card Printers.

Card Printer systems affected include:

The problem is that the printer is not registering the Primer panel properly.

The symptoms are:

1. The card is missing some printing on the leading or trailing end of the card
2. The ribbon shows that the primer panel mis-registered, and printed into the panel after the primer panel
