Some may be experiencing this issue with their Datacard Retransfer Series Card Printers.

Error message 103.

This error is caused by the printhead cable being disconnected. It is possible that the TPH Data Cable Assembly has moved during shipping or printer shifting, and hit the connector causing damage, or snap harness connector out of place.

Datacard CR825 Retransfer Series Card Printer
