The Challenge
The existing two factor product that TELUS supports is only capable of managing two types of authenticators. TELUS came to Entrust looking for more of a platform based solution. They had customers requesting additional form factors and Entrust was able to meet their customer requirements.

The Solution
The Entrust IdentityGuard authentication framework helps TELUS position Entrust solutions to a broader set of their customer base. Telus is expecting to see an increase as the partnership develops.

This is a strategic relationship with TELUS because TELUS has a large amount of coverage across areas and verticals in Canada where Entrust strategically plans to increase its footprint.
